Irish Coffee Cocktail Recipe
Coffee with a kick! An Irish Coffee is an excellent way to end a dinner.
What you need
- 1 and a 1/2 shots of Irish whiskey
- Hot filter coffee (as much as you need to fill the rest of the glass)
- Lightly whipped double cream to float on top
What you do
Pour the whiskey into a toddy glass. Top up with the coffee and stir the two together. Lightly whip or shake the cream (helps it to float) before pouring it gently over the back of a spoon (the convex part) on top of the coffee/whiskey mixture.
