Mocha Martini Cocktail Recipe
Mocha Martini. Yum. Yum. Yum. That’s all I have to say on the matter.
What you need
- 1 and a 1/2 shots of bourbon
- 1 shot of cold espresso coffee
- 1/2 shot of Irish cream liqueur (Baileys, or equivalent)
- 1/2 shot of brown crème de cacao
- 1/2 shot of double cream
What you do
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour the first four ingredients into it. Shake them all together, and then strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass. Float the cream in the centre of the drink, and dust the top with a sprinkling of fairy dust. If you don’t have any fairy dust, cocoa powder is a good alternative.
